How to Cancel an Order?

You can cancel your order by contacting us through the following methods:

Conditions for Cancellation:

  • Before Shipment:
    If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it without any charges. Simply drop us a message, and we’ll take care of the rest!

  • After Shipment:
    If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, it cannot be canceled. However, you can still initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to our return policy.

Refund Process:

Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
