Eligibility: We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at animhub4query@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

2. Exchanges

Eligibility: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Initiation: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at animhub4query@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. Our team will assist you in finding a suitable replacement.

3. Refunds

Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Notification: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at animhub4query@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Policy: Please note that if you do not have an unboxing video of the product, it will not be accepted for a refund.
